This is the business division. A buyer needs to see the garment on a body; a launch evening needs to feel like the brand for three hours. We cast the group, brief them on the product, and run the day. For talent it is steady, commercial work with the rate, the hours and the duties written down first — and the money paid the day you work. The private division, with its dinners and travel, is Lifestyle. Same standard, different evening.
Fashion works with businesses — brands, designers, showrooms, and retailers.
Luxury fashion houses, contemporary and streetwear labels, jewellery, watches, eyewear, beauty and fragrance.
Couture, bridal, eveningwear, menswear, womenswear, jewellery designers, and emerging designers.
Flagship and multi-brand boutiques, luxury department stores, designer showrooms, and buying offices.
Private brand presentations, collection previews, boutique launches, press previews, buyer appointments, trunk shows, and VIP shopping evenings.
Four kinds of Fashion booking, explained
Each one is written from both sides — what a client is buying, and what the talent is being asked to do. If your event does not look like one of these, tell us the format and we will price it the same way.
Private presentations and collection viewings
An invited room — press, buyers, VIP clients — sees the collection worn rather than hung. Seated or walking, no stage, no runway.
4 to 12 talent cast to the collection, a running order, fittings arranged beforehand, and a coordinator on site for the day.
Wears assigned looks, moves through the room, answers simple questions about the piece, and is photographed where the brief allows it.
Launch evenings and press previews
A boutique opening, a capsule launch, a press evening. The room needs to look and feel like the brand for three hours, and photograph well the whole time.
6 to 20 talent hosting the floor in brand looks, briefed on the product story, arriving and leaving together to a schedule.
Greets and hosts guests, wears the collection, keeps the energy of the room, and appears in press and social photographs as agreed.
Showroom and buyer appointments
Buying season. Retail buyers review the range in back-to-back meetings and want to see it on a body, in the right size, without a fuss.
2 to 6 talent held to sample size, available across the appointment block, with the same faces booked for the whole week if you want continuity.
Changes between looks to a running order, holds a pose while buyers examine detail, keeps garments immaculate. Quiet, commercial, repeat work.
Fittings and made-to-measure
Atelier work: toiles, samples and bespoke consultations where a garment is built on a body rather than a stand.
1 to 3 talent matched to your measurement chart, booked by the session, with the same body available across the development if needed.
Stands, turns and waits while the garment is pinned and adjusted. Physically undemanding, but long on patience.
Fittings are always a separate named fee, never folded into an event day. Travel is quoted at cost and advanced by us.
An annual fee to hold an account with the Fashion division. It buys the board and your access code, a named booker who knows your account, priority booking windows, last-minute requests worked properly, and booking in any of our cities on the one membership. It is not a retainer and not credit against a booking — booking fees are quoted separately, per talent per event day.
Membership runs twelve months from the day it is paid and covers every city we work in. We write to you thirty days before it renews.
