Four steps, either side of the table
Three ticks, and they mean the same thing on both sides
Every account carries one tick, visible to whoever they are about to meet. Members see the talent's tick; talent see the member's. Nobody is anonymous.
ID, age and right to work confirmed, photographs proven to be hers. Cleared to accept bookings.
ID matched to a selfie and a live payment method. Cleared to request bookings.
Ten completed bookings, no late cancellations, rated 4.7 or above. Ranked higher in results and eligible for featured listings.
Five completed bookings paid in full, no conduct reports, rated 4.7 or above by talent. Requests reach the top of the queue.
A no-show, a conduct report upheld, or an unresolved verification. Listing hidden until it is cleared with us.
A failed payment, a breach of the table rules, or a report from talent. Cannot request until it is resolved. Serious breaches end the account.
A tick is a record of behaviour, not a compliment. It can go up and it can come down, and both sides can see which way it moved.
One split, stated once
The fee is whatever the talent set, from $500 for a two-hour booking. She keeps 80%. We keep 20% and it covers verification, the platform and same-day payout. There is nothing else taken from either side.
Featured listings, if you want them
A featured listing puts you at the top of your city's results for a set period. It buys placement and nothing else — never a tick, never a rating, never a different split.
Top placement in your city, a marked card, and inclusion in the app's "available tonight" row.
Change your tick, your rating, your fee or your 80%. Featured talent are not verified any differently from anyone else.
Green-tick talent only, one week or one month at a time, cancellable. Green tick is earned by attending, not bought.

Beta opens in London, New York and Dubai — the three cities where our talent and our restaurant list are already deep. Expansion follows demand, city by city, only where we can verify talent properly and hold a fine-dining list.

What this is, and what it is not
Written plainly because it protects everyone. Both sides agree to these before a first booking, and breaking them ends the account.
Company and conversation over a meal, at the venue and hour booked. That is the entire service.
Bookings exist only at approved restaurants. Any request to move to a private address ends the booking, paid in full to the talent.
Nothing intimate is offered, implied or purchasable. Asking for it is an immediate and permanent removal.
Talent may end a booking early if a rule is broken, and is paid in full. One tap in the app records it and alerts our desk.
Both sides are 21 or over with ID confirmed. No account is anonymous and no booking is off the record.
No photograph or detail from the table is published without the other side's consent, and profiles are never shown outside the app.
