Careers

Work the room, not the algorithm

We book talent into private rooms — showrooms, launch evenings, members clubs, milestone dinners. The agency runs on four kinds of people: scouts who find the talent, rainmakers who bring the clients, authenticators who check that everyone is who they say they are, and administrators who make the day happen. Scouting runs online worldwide and on the ground in London, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Dubai, Paris and Milan. Every role is offered two ways — an employed package with incentives, or commission.

What each team actually does

Scouting

Find the faces

Online scouts work the feeds, tags, pageant circuits and open calls from anywhere. Offline scouts work one city each — London, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Dubai, Paris, Milan. You bring people in; we sign them and pay you for it.

Growth

Bring the rooms

Rainmakers open brands, showrooms, concierge firms, hotels and private clients — any market, both divisions. One introduction that books is worth more here than a hundred cold emails.

Verification

Check every claim

Authenticators work beside the scouts and the booking desk. They confirm identity, age, right to work, portfolio ownership and client legitimacy — and they prove the agency is real to new talent, with terms and testimonials from talent we have already paid.

Operations

Make the day work

Bookings, travel, contracts and the books, run from our London office. Flights booked, call sheets sent, fees released the same day the event ends. This is where the promise is kept or broken.

Every listing states the pay, the commitment and the city before you send anything. Where a role runs both ways, both figures are quoted — employed package with incentives, or commission. Select a role to read the detail.

Honest terms, for staff too

What we commit to, in writing

01

The number is agreed first

Commission rate, retainer or monthly figure is written into your agreement before you start. It does not move without your signature.

02

Paid the day we are paid

Commission is released the same day the booking fee clears, by your choice of method. Salaried roles are paid on the 1st.

03

You never pay us anything

No training fee, no starter kit, no deposit, no equipment charge. Anyone asking you for money in our name is not us — tell us immediately.

04

Your introductions stay yours

Talent you sign and clients you open are logged to your name. You are paid on their repeat bookings for twelve months, whether or not you sourced the second one.

How we hire

Four steps, ten days

No unpaid task, no panel of six, no silence. If you are not right for the role we say so and tell you why.

01 Send it A short note, the city you work, and the role. Scouts add two or three people you would sign. Rainmakers add the kind of client you can open. No formal CV needed.
02 A call, thirty minutes Video or voice, whichever you prefer. We explain the division, the rates and what the work is really like. You ask everything.
03 One live piece of work Scouts submit one real profile. Authenticators run one real verification. Administrators build one real call sheet. It is paid at the role's rate whether or not we hire you.
04 Terms and start Agreement, ID and right-to-work check, then your first brief. Commission roles can start the same week.

None of these, but you know this world?

Send a general application with the city you work and what you would bring. We read every one and keep it on file for six months.
