The twenty we are asked most

Ten from clients booking talent, ten from talent applying. If yours is not here, ask us on WhatsApp and we answer the same day.

Section one

New clients

Brands, designers, showrooms and private clients booking talent for the first time.

01

What does a booking actually cost?

Fashion runs $1,000 to $5,000 per event day. Lifestyle runs $2,000 to $10,000. Where a talent sits in that band depends on profile, city and duties, and the figure is fixed in writing before you pay anything. Top-of-market names are quoted individually above those ranges.

02

Why is there a membership fee?

Annual: $1,000 a year for Fashion, $2,000 for Lifestyle. It buys your division’s board and access code, a named booker, priority booking windows, last-minute requests taken seriously, and booking in any of our cities without a second signup. It is not a retainer and not credit against a booking — booking fees are quoted separately. Talent never pay anything.

03

How fast can you staff an event?

A shortlist usually comes back the same day. Bookings inside 48 hours are possible in cities where we hold a local roster, and travel is the constraint rather than availability. Send the city and dates first — that answer changes by market.

04

Why do I need a code to see the talent?

Because our talent agreed to be seen by clients, not by the internet. Approved portfolios sit on a private board behind a code issued per division. Anyone not yet approved is never published at all — their profiles come to you privately for a specific brief.

05

When do I pay, and how?

Half on confirmation, half on the event day. Card and Apple Pay run through our PayPal checkout; PayPal, USDT, ETH and BTC are also accepted. We add no surcharge, and every payment carries a reference so nothing goes unmatched. See the payment page.

06

Who pays for flights and hotels?

The client, at cost, with receipts attached and no mark-up from us. We book it so the talent arrives on schedule. Travel never comes out of a talent's fee — that is a rule we do not bend.

07

Can I photograph the event and use the images?

Only if we agree it in writing first. A booking buys attendance and duties, not usage. Tell us what you want — event photography, social content, a campaign — and we price the scope, territory and term before the day. Usage cannot be extended or resold afterwards.

08

What exactly will the talent do?

What the booking summary says: hosting, presenting, fittings, guest-list work, walking a presentation. Nothing else. Requests of a personal or intimate nature end the booking on the spot and the full fee stays payable. Every client sees that line before they book.

09

What happens if I cancel, or the date moves?

Cancelling costs $1,000 per booking, plus whatever the deposit ladder says: the rest back at 15 days or more, half between 14 and 4 days, nothing inside 72 hours. Moving a date once is free with 15 days' notice, availability allowing. Full detail in the Refund Policy.

10

Is any of this discreet?

Guest lists, venues and private client identities stay confidential on both sides, during the booking and after it. We never use a client name as a reference without written permission, and talent are bound to the same silence by their agreement.

Section two

New talent

Talent applying to the Fashion or Lifestyle board.

01

What do I get paid, and when?

Talent keep 70 percent of the fee, and up to 80 percent once the referral waiver applies. You are paid the same day the client's balance clears, by the method you chose. We do not sit on your money waiting for month-end.

02

Does it cost anything to join?

No. No joining fee, no portfolio fee, no administration fee, no monthly fee, ever. Commission on a booking is the only thing we take, and only once you have been paid.

03

Can I work with other agencies at the same time?

Yes. There is one basis for everyone and it is not exclusive — we take 30% commission, you keep 70%, and you stay free to sign elsewhere and to take your own direct work. Introduce talent or a client and the waiver takes your share to 80%.

04

Do I need experience or a professional book?

No. Clean digitals on your phone in daylight are enough to apply — one head shot, one full length, no filters. Experience helps on rate, not on getting seen. We meet everyone we shortlist before a first booking.

05

How old do I have to be?

Adults only: 18 or over, and 21 or over where the booking country or the venue requires it. We check age against photographic ID before your first booking and turn down engagements that local law would not allow.

06

What am I agreeing to do at an event?

Exactly what the brief lists: the duties, the call time, the finish time, the fee and the usage. Anything outside that description you do not owe. Requests of a personal or intimate nature are a breach by the client, and we pull you out with the fee still paid.

07

Can I say no to a booking?

Always, and without giving a reason. Nothing is accepted on your behalf: every engagement comes to you in writing and waits for your written yes. Declining does not affect what we send you next.

08

Who pays for my travel?

The client, in full and in advance — flights, stay and transfers, booked by us. It is never deducted from your fee and never becomes your debt if the event is cancelled. You travel on a ticket, not on a promise.

09

What if the client cancels late?

Inside 48 hours of call time you are paid half the fee. On the day, or after call time, you are paid all of it. Earlier than that, travel and fittings already incurred are covered. You are not left carrying someone else's change of plan.

10

Can I leave, and can I earn a lower commission?

You can end representation in writing, with confirmed bookings honoured on the way out. And if you introduce a new client or a new face, between 5 and 10 percentage points come off your commission for the rest of the term. Read the agreement for your division: Fashion or Lifestyle.
