Coverage of our talent and the houses we cast for.
Two divisions, told as a pair
Fashion is the business division: brands, designers, showrooms, retailers. Lifestyle is the private division: hosts, concierge firms, hotels and clubs. Two very different evenings — and one set of terms underneath both, so a talent who works for either knows exactly what they have agreed to.
You tell us the division, the date and the budget. We come back with faces, rates and a written brief — no shortlist fees, no drip of invoices. One agency, one contact, both divisions.
Book talentYou see the rate, the hours and exactly what the day asks of you before you accept — and you can say no with no penalty. Travel is booked and paid for by us. You are paid the day you work.
Apply as talent
Fashion
The business division. A collection shown to buyers, a launch evening, a showroom week — the talent is there to make the product read and the room work. No runway, no campaign shoots. Three kinds of client, two kinds of booking each.
Independent luxury brands, premium labels, jewellery, watch and accessories brands.
Invite-only presentations for VIP clients, buyers, investors and media.
Collection previews, boutique launches and exclusive client evenings.
Independent designers, couture ateliers and bespoke tailors.
One-to-one or small-group previews for VIP clients and collectors.
Talent present garments during bespoke consultations and fitting sessions.
Luxury showrooms, buying offices and wholesale agencies.
Talent show collections during scheduled meetings with retailers and buyers.
Invite-only showroom presentations for VIP customers, stylists and industry guests.
Lifestyle
The private division. A dinner, a club night, a villa week — the talent arrives as a guest of the host: present, dressed to the brief, good company. Nothing beyond the brief is ever asked, and the terms are the same ones the Fashion board runs on.
Founders, chief executives, investors, family offices, private collectors, international travellers, celebrities, athletes and public figures.
Lifestyle and private concierge firms, personal and executive assistants, estate and household managers, VIP management companies.
Five-star hotels, luxury resorts, private villas, superyachts, members clubs, beach clubs, rooftop venues, fine dining and golf clubs.
Private dinners, cocktail receptions, white parties, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, wedding hospitality, yacht and villa parties, networking dinners.
Executive dinners, client entertainment, investor events, corporate hospitality, product launches, award ceremonies, charity galas, gallery openings and wine tastings.
Six categories. Premium social experiences, not commercial promotion.
| Experience | Typical client | Per event day |
|---|---|---|
| Private dinner experiences | Entrepreneurs, chief executives, HNWIs and family offices | $2,000 – $5,000 |
| Luxury yacht experiences | Yacht owners, charter guests and UHNWIs | $3,000 – $10,000 |
| Private house and villa parties | Private individuals, birthday hosts and celebrities | $3,000 – $8,000 |
| Members club and nightlife experiences | VIP members, investors and business guests | $2,000 – $5,000 |
| Weekend staycations and luxury escapes | Couples, friends and private hosts | $3,000 – $10,000 |
| Special celebrations and milestones | Birthdays, engagements, anniversaries and New Year's Eve | $2,000 – $10,000 |
Rates are per talent, per event day. Travel, accommodation and per diem are priced separately and named in the brief before anyone accepts.
How booking works, step by step
Six steps. The same six whether you are booking or being booked, and the same six in both divisions. Everything runs over messenger, so every term has a written record you can scroll back to.
Booking details, confirmed in writing
Over WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal you send the event details, date, time, location, budget and the duties involved. We confirm availability and send back a booking summary.
Talent introduced, client selects
We present selected profiles with photographs, statistics and rates. You choose. We align the final details and what is expected on the day.
Talent arrives on schedule
Talent reaches the venue or city as scheduled. We coordinate the arrival and see that check-in runs without friction.
Paid on the agreed terms
Payment is made exactly as written on the brief. We handle the transaction, confirm receipt, and pay talent on the day of the event.
Talent works to the brief
Talent presents professionally, follows the guidelines and delivers the experience agreed.
Talent holds a premium presence, engages naturally and sets the atmosphere the host wanted.
Wrap-up and close
The event completes, talent departs as scheduled, and we close the booking. Checkout, receipts and any overtime are settled the same day.
Your enquiry, your guest list and the fee stay between us.
Every profile is scouted, met and verified before it reaches a client.
81 cities across six continents, booked from one thread.
Rate, duties, schedule and payment date agreed before anyone accepts.
What talent is paid, per event day
Standard rates run from $1,000 to $10,000 per event day, and the two divisions sit in different bands. Talent at the top of the market is quoted above the range. Every quotation is built from three factors and no others.
The budget the client confirms for the engagement.
Experience, credits, titles and audience reach.
The market the event runs in, and the cost of working there.
Brand and designer presentations, launch evenings, fittings, buyer appointments and collection viewings.
Private dinners, yacht experiences, villa parties, members clubs, luxury escapes and milestone celebrations.
Victoria's Secret models, Miss World and equivalent titleholders, top-agency signed talent and influencers above one million followers.
What we take, and what reduces it
Commission comes out of the booking, not out of a joining fee. One split for everyone, fixed at signature and printed on every brief.
30% commission on the gross booking to Fashion Casting. 70% net to the talent. One basis for everyone, and you stay free to work with other agencies.
Travel, accommodation and per diem are quoted separately and advanced by us. Nothing is deducted from the fee.
A booker reads your portfolio by hand. Once approved it goes on the board clients browse before they enquire.
Nothing of yours is published. We present you privately, to one client at a time, over messenger.
Introduce talent or a client and we waive 5% of your commission. Keep introducing and the waiver rises to 10%.
Talent choose how they are paid, and we pay on the day of the event.
Nothing.
No joining fee, no portfolio fee, no monthly fee. We are paid only when you are — commission comes out of the booking and is printed on the brief.
Fixed at booking. It cannot be revised down after the event.
What the talent is there to do, named before they accept.
Call time, duration and finish. Overtime is agreed on the day.
Where images may run, and for how long. Anything beyond it is a new fee.
Paid on the day of the event, by the method the talent chose.
50% of the rate inside 48 hours of call time. Always.
“Nobody should have to chase an invoice for work they already did.”
You know the rate, the duties and the schedule before you say yes. The money arrives on the day we said it would.
Both divisions · every city we work in
81 cities, six continents
Travel, accommodation and per diem are priced separately and written into the brief before anyone accepts.
You never spend your own money to get to a booking
We advance premium flights, accommodation and airport transfers before you travel. Nothing comes out of your pocket, and there is no expense claim to file and wait on.
The parts people usually have to ask twice
Joining costs nothing — no joining fee, no portfolio fee, no monthly fee. Commission comes out of the booking: 30% gross to us, 70% net to you. One basis for everyone. Introduce talent or a client and we waive 5% to 10% of your commission, so you can reach 80%.
On the day of the event. The talent chooses the payment method and it is written on the brief before they accept. There is no waiting period and no clearing window.
We pay on the day whether or not the client has settled. That is the point. Chasing the client is our job, not the talent's.
The brief names the territory and the term — where the images run and for how long. Any use outside that is a new fee, quoted and agreed before it runs.
50% of the agreed rate if the cancellation lands inside 48 hours of call time. It is written into every brief, so it is not a negotiation after the fact.
No. Agency-represented and independent talent work here on identical terms. If you are represented, your agent is added to the brief.
