Joining costs nothing. Two divisions are open to you — business events and private events — and one standard sits under both: every booking arrives with the rate, the duties, the schedule and the payment date already written down. You are paid on the day of the event.

One brief, one shortlist, one number

Tell us the date, the city and the division — business or private, the standard underneath is the same. You get verified talent, a written booking summary with the fee per talent per day, and travel handled by us. We pay the talent the same day, whatever your terms with us.

What you can apply for

Six kinds of booking

Apply for one, some, or all of them. Three sit in Fashion, three in Lifestyle. Each one tells you what you actually do, how many talent are booked with you, and what it pays per day before commission.

Fashion

Presentations and launch evenings

You wear the collection in a room of invited guests, press and buyers. Standing, walking the room, being photographed where the brief says so.

The split

One commission, and how to lower it

There is one basis for everyone. No tiers, no exclusivity to sign away, no different deal for the talent who negotiates hardest. You stay free to work with other agencies and to take your own direct work.

The commission
70% net to you

We take 30% commission on the gross booking. It comes out of the booking, never out of a joining fee, and it is printed on every brief before you accept.

What it does not cover

Travel, accommodation and per diem are quoted separately and advanced by us. Nothing is deducted from your fee.

Referral waiver
Up to 80% net

Introduce talent or a client and we waive 5% of your commission. Three or more introductions and the waiver goes to 10%.

What that means

Talent with three introductions keep 80% of every booking. The waiver holds for the rest of the term.

How you are shown
Once approved

A booker reads your portfolio by hand. Once it is approved it goes on the Fashion or Lifestyle board that clients browse, so work can come to you.

Before that

Nothing of yours is published. We present you privately, to one client at a time, over messenger.
What the fee covers

Four things you do not have to manage

You book the room and the date. Everything between the enquiry and the talent walking in is ours.

Verified talent only

Identity, age, right to work and portfolio ownership are checked by an authenticator before anyone is shortlisted for you.

One written number

Fee per talent per day, hours, duties and cancellation terms in a booking summary before you commit. No day-of extras.

Travel arranged and advanced

Flights, stays and transfers are booked and paid up front by us, then billed at cost with the booking. Nothing for your team to book.

04

Talent paid the same day

We release fees on the day of the event whether or not your invoice has settled. Talent who are paid properly come back for you.

Above the range
By quotation

Victoria's Secret models, Miss World and equivalent titleholders, top-agency signed talent and influencers above one million followers.

Never deducted from your fee
Joining

No joining fee, no portfolio fee, no monthly fee. Not now, not later.

Travel and stay

Advanced by us and not commissionable. Per diem is paid to you in full.

Fittings

Paid as a separate fee, named in the brief before you accept.

Late clients

Never your problem. You are paid on the day either way.
What sits on top of the day rate
Membership

$1,000 a year for Fashion, $2,000 for Lifestyle. You join the one division you book in.

Travel and stay

Billed at cost for out-of-city bookings, quoted in the summary before you confirm.

Fittings and rehearsal

A separate named fee where the format needs them. Never added after the event.

Overtime

Pro-rata by the hour, agreed on the day before it starts, never assumed.
