What this is

Fashion Casting Messenger is a free, private line between you and the Fashion Casting desk. You have one conversation, with our staff. There is no chat between users and nothing in the app is for sale.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over. Sign in with a mobile number or email address that is yours. Keep your phone secure: anyone holding your unlocked phone can read your chat.

Using it fairly

• Write to us as you would to any business. Nothing unlawful, abusive, threatening or sexually explicit, and no spam.
• Send only photos and material you have the right to send.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to reach anyone else's chat.

A person at the desk reads every message. We may close a chat that breaks these terms.

Reporting

To report a message or a problem, press and hold the message and choose Report this message, or use Help, Report a problem. Reports are read the same day.

Your content

What you send stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to our desk staff so that we can answer you. We use it for nothing else. Our privacy notice says what we keep and how to delete it.

Availability

We aim to reply within the hour during UK office hours, but the messenger is not an emergency service and replies are not guaranteed at any particular time. We may change or withdraw the app; if we withdraw it we will tell you in the chat first where we can.

Leaving

You can sign out or delete your account at any time from Profile, or at thefashioncasting.com/delete-account.

Liability and law

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the app being unavailable or from a delayed message. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before either side files anything, write to info@thefashioncasting.com and we will reply within three working days.
