Fashion Casting Messenger — your private line to the Fashion Casting desk.
In the app, in three taps
- Open the chat and tap the person icon at the top right.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Delete everything.
Or ask us, if you no longer have the app
Write to us from the email address or phone number you signed up with, and tell us you want your account deleted. We do it by hand the same day and write back to confirm.

- Your chat with the desk, and every message in it.
- Every photo you sent.
- Your name, email address, phone number, city and Instagram handle.
- Your notification registration, so your phone stops receiving anything.
All of it goes at once. None of it is kept in a form we can put back, and this cannot be undone.
What may be kept
If you have done business with us, the accounting records that go with it are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. They are separate from your chat. Everything else described above is deleted.
Deleting your messenger account does not by itself end any other arrangement you have with Fashion Casting. If there is something else you want closed or removed, say so in the same message and we will deal with it together.
