This notice covers the Fashion Casting Messenger app on iPhone and Android and the same messenger on the web. It says what we collect, why, who handles it for us and how you delete it.
Who is responsible
Fashion Casting is the data controller. The app is published on the app stores by Atlantis Consultancy Services, Mumbai, India. Questions go to info@thefashioncasting.com and are answered by a person.
What we collect and why

We do not collect your device location, your contacts, an advertising identifier or browsing activity. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking software. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts the service.
- Airtable stores your profile and your conversation. Message text is encrypted before it is stored.
- Twilio sends the sign-in code by text message. Resend sends it, and reply notices, by email.
- Apple and Google deliver push notifications to your phone.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
Your chat is kept for as long as your account is open, so that it is there when you come back. When you delete your account, your profile, your messages, your photos and your notification token are removed at once and cannot be restored. If a report you made, or a legal obligation, requires us to keep a specific record, we keep only that record and only for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- Change your details, or turn notifications on or off, in Profile.
- Save a copy of your chat from Profile.
- Delete your account in the app (Profile, Delete my account) or at thefashioncasting.com/delete-account.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it, at info@thefashioncasting.com. We reply within 30 days, usually within three working days, and we do not charge.
Adults only
The messenger is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we update this page and tell you in the chat.
