How an evening is arranged.

One message to the desk is enough to start. Most evenings are arranged the same day, and nothing is charged until a booking is confirmed.

From the first message to the last guest

You tell the desk the occasion
The city, the date, the hours, the kind of evening and how many models. A venue if you have one; a suggestion from us if you have not.

We ask the models, privately
Nobody is assigned to you, and nobody is shown to you who has not already said yes to that evening. You see a first name, a city, pictures and the rate.

You choose, and we quote the evening in full
The models’ rates, our fee, and travel at cost where it applies. One figure, agreed before anything is held.

You confirm and pay
Payment is in full at the time of booking, by card, bank transfer, PayPal or crypto, and it is held until the booking is confirmed on all sides. You never hand anything over on the night.

The evening runs
The venue is briefed, arrivals are agreed, and the desk stays reachable from the first message to the last guest.

Afterwards
We pay the models. Your name is not used as a reference without your written permission, and nothing about the evening is published anywhere.
Enquiring is free
Ask the desk anything, in any city, without an account. Membership is what opens the board to browse and book for yourself — The Table, The Salon or The Season, paid once.
Booked through your concierge
Approved concierges and hotels book on your behalf at no charge to you, and it goes to the folio or the company invoice. You never become a member.
If plans change
Cancellations are looked at case by case by the desk — the notice we had, and what the venue and the models had already committed to — and you are told in writing what comes back before anything is withheld. If a model cannot come, we offer a replacement of equivalent standing or return the fee.
