Who these terms bind
Fashion Casting is the world's first automated booking platform for lifestyle models, operating from India and listing in a hundred cities. In these terms, we and the house mean Fashion Casting; client means the member booking a model; model means a lifestyle model listed on the board, by the model or by the model's agency; and booking means a confirmed evening: dinner at a listed restaurant, a reserved table at a listed top nightclub, or the same in another city.
Using this site or asking the desk for a booking means you accept these terms. There is no representation agreement and no contract of any kind, for a model or for a client: every booking is a one-off, agreed in the conversation and ended by either side without penalty.
What we provide
We sell three things. Dinner: a model as company at a listed restaurant. Clubbing: a model as company at a reserved table in a listed top nightclub. Travel: either of the two, in another city. Nothing else is sold.
We are a platform, not an employer of the model and not a restaurant, nightclub or hotel. We list approved outlets in a hundred cities; we do not book for them, and the room keeps its own bill. We present the model, take the payment, hold it until the evening is confirmed, and pay the model. Anything outside that is not part of the booking.
Client membership
Membership is one-time, in three doors: $2,000 for The Table, $6,000 for The Salon and $18,000 for The Season. A tier sets the member’s included booking band and service level; it is not a retainer, not a deposit and not credit against a booking. A model’s rate is set by the model, or by the model’s agency, before the profile appears on the board. Booking a model above the included band is either a one-time tier upgrade or a one-off per-booking uplift, quoted before the booking is confirmed. Membership is paid once, on joining: no renewal, no anniversary charge, no recurring payment. Listing as a model, or as an agency, is free.
Membership can be withdrawn, with the fee refunded under our Refund Policy, if a client breaches the conduct clause or attempts to contract our models directly.
How a booking is formed
There are three ways to book. From the board: choose the model, the date and the restaurant or nightclub, and pay in full; a house chat opens. From the desk: send the same on WhatsApp. Or ask for a window: tell the desk the city and the evening, and it returns nearby options within hours. Each route ends in a written booking summary carrying the rate, the room, the time and any travel.
A booking exists only once that summary is issued, payment has cleared in full and the model has accepted. Messages, calls and verbal agreements do not create a booking, and nothing is held on a name until payment lands.
Fees and rates
Each model sets the model's own rate, and it is shown on the profile before you book. Models at the top of the market are quoted individually.
A rate covers the evening written into the summary. An evening that runs longer is agreed with the model in writing before it does. The restaurant or nightclub bill is the room's own and is settled there. All figures are in US dollars and exclusive of any local tax that applies where the evening takes place.
Payment terms
Payment is made on arrival, not at the time of booking, and there is nothing to pay while an evening is being arranged. Either the client pays the models directly on arrival, each model sending the house its 30% afterwards, or the client pays the house and the house pays each model on arrival, by PayPal, Revolut, Zelle, Venmo or crypto. We accept PayPal, card through it, and USDT, ETH or BTC on the networks listed on the payment page. We add no surcharge; your own bank and network fees are yours.
Crypto payments are valued in US dollars at the rate on arrival, and both figures appear on the receipt. Coins sent on a network we have not listed are unrecoverable and are not treated as payment. Every payment carries the booking reference; a payment we cannot match may delay confirmation.
The model is paid after the evening, by the method the model chose. We do not hold a model's funds beyond that day.
Travel and expenses
A travel booking is dinner or a reserved table in another city. The model's flights, accommodation and transfers are arranged through the desk and invoiced at cost, with receipts attached. Travel is never deducted from a model's fee and is never marked up. Visa and permit costs, where a destination requires them, are invoiced the same way. Hotels on The List are approved outlets; the house does not book them for you, and the room keeps its own bill.
Once tickets are issued or a non-refundable stay is booked, those costs stand even if the evening moves or is cancelled.
Models and agencies
A model sets the model's own rate and accepts every booking personally; nothing is accepted on a model's behalf. An agency manages its own models on the board. Listing is free, and no model is asked for exclusivity.
The house's charge is 30% of the booking fee, never more, and it is never taken from travel or expenses. There is nothing else to pay and nothing to sign.
Conduct
The model attends the evening written in the booking summary and nothing else. Company at dinner, at a table and on a trip is a professional engagement. Any request for services of a personal or intimate nature is a breach of these terms, ends the booking immediately, and the full fee remains payable.
We may withdraw a model from an evening, without refund, where the model's safety is at risk, where the room or the evening differs materially from what was booked, or where alcohol, drugs or harassment make the engagement unsafe. The model is listed on the platform, not employed by the client. We list adults only: every model is 18 or over, and 21 or over where the law of the booking country or the venue requires it. Age is verified against identity documents before a first booking.
Image rights
A booking is for company at the evening. It does not include the right to photograph, film or publish the model. Any photograph of the model is the model's to allow or decline, on the night.
Any use the model allows cannot be transferred, resold or extended without a new written grant. We may use imagery from an evening in our own materials only where the model and the client have both agreed.
Boards and confidentiality
Access to the board is issued per member. Keep it to yourself. A model published on the board agreed to be seen by members, not to be forwarded, screenshotted into group chats or reposted.
A model still in review is never published; the profile is sent privately and carries the same restriction. Rooms, company and private client identities stay confidential on both sides, during the evening and after it.
Changes and cancellation
The date, the room and the number of models can change while availability allows, and every change is re-confirmed in writing. Cancelling a confirmed booking is looked at case by case by the desk: what notice we had, what the venue and the models had already committed to, and what had actually been spent. The desk tells you where you stand before you pay anything, and again as soon as plans change, and nothing is withheld without that being put to you in writing. Travel already ticketed and a venue deposit already placed are the two costs that cannot come back.
If the model cancels, you are refunded in full and the model receives a black mark. If you would rather keep the evening, the desk offers a replacement of equivalent standing at the same rate. That is the limit of our obligation on a cancellation by the model.
Liability
Our total liability for any booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking. We are not liable for how a client's evening turns out, for the conduct of others at the table, for the room's conditions, or losses that are indirect or consequential, including lost profit or reputation.
Neither side is liable for failure caused by events outside reasonable control: closed airspace, government restriction, extreme weather, civil disruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before either side files anything, we talk: send the reference and the problem to info@thefashioncasting.com and we respond within three business days.
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page always show what is current, and a booking is governed by the version in force when its summary was issued.
